Pets - Max 2 allowed
  • Comments: Certain pets are permitted at the premises only with our permission. There are some restrictions of breeds of dogs and types of pets.Please see your Leasing Office for details. PET FEE: Resident will pay to Owner a non-refundable fee of $500.00 per pet, not to exceed two (2) pets, before the pet is allowed into the apartment.This fee is for one (1) pet only. PET RENT: Resident will pay a monthly pet fee of $50.00 per pet. Fish tanks are NOT to exceed ten (10) gallons.
